How the deals work

Our buyers are unencumbered investors (no chain) who have funding in place and can purchase within 28 days. There is no minimum or maximum limit to the number of properties you can buy. The deals are structured with developers’ head offices and are not available at site offices or through any other channel.

  • New builds which developers need to move quickly in order to meet sales targets or to free them up to move onto the next development
  • Previously occupied homes which were accepted by the developer in part exchange.
